The article presents the results of a research on the
situation of continuous training in Spain. The study focus
on analysing the situation of this area of training,
identifying the opinions of the agents involved, and see
the challenges that training has to face in the near future.
The method used is the interviews to key agents of
continuous training. The results show that, although
during the last decade training has improved notoriously
both from a quantity and from a quality point of viewthere
is still a lot to do, specially in the case of small
companies and of workers with a low training level.
